Federica
Federica began working with children in 2020 and has since gained experience across different nurseries, caring for babies, toddlers, and preschoolers. She is deeply passionate about supporting children’s growth and development, and finds joy in watching each child explore, learn, and flourish. She loves cooking activities, where children can discover the fun of preparing food, try new tastes, and build confidence through hands-on experiences. Originally from Italy, Federica has called London home for almost 10 years, bringing with her a love of both nurturing and creativity.
She is inspired by the words of Maria Montessori: “The greatest help you can give your children is the freedom to go about their own work in their own way, for in this matter your child knows better than you.”

She obtained a Child Development Associate, focusing on infants and toddlers. She is constantly growing her knowledge on new guidances and techniques. As she plays three instruments, Michelle uses her talents to develop musical interest early in children. Seeing a child's eyes spark with curiosity and joy is what she enjoys most about this field.
